All other information stamped or laser etched into the leather will be considered "Personalized" and those items will not be returnable.
The E-Chart Holder is handmade from natural leather hides and thus is subject to minor imperfections. These are most often naturally occurring scars from the animals every day life and are very hard to see once the hide is dyed black.
